Today, we’re venturing to Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, to a place that’s making waves in the dining scene with its succulent lamb dishes.

Lamb, particularly lamb ribs, is becoming a common choice for dining out these days.
After a long search, I’ve discovered a place that serves incredibly delicious aged lamb.
Yangdoduk, located in the new city of Siheung Eunhaeng District, is that place.
Parking is not available directly in front of the restaurant, so I parked at the Hoban Summit Place Apartment’s parking lot for commercial users.
The distance from the parking lot entrance to Yangdoduk is quite significant, so be prepared for a bit of a walk.
Lamb skewers & Lamb Grill
Yangdoduk not only serves lamb but also lamb skewers, so you can order according to your preference.
The menu is conveniently divided into different sections, each with a name and a picture for easy understanding.
The side dishes are quite simple, allowing the lamb to take center stage.
The ordered meat arrives quickly, and you’re greeted with the radiant color of the lamb.
As soon as you start grilling the meat on the roaring charcoal fire, you’ll notice that there’s no distinct lamb smell, just the delicious aroma of grilling meat.
A friendly and skilled staff member comes to your table and grills each piece of meat for you, explaining the process as they go.
Lamb can be tricky to grill, but having an expert cook each piece for you enhances the taste threefold.
Lamb korean BBQ, The texture of the lamb is incredibly tender and chewy.
Perhaps because it’s aged, it’s softer than the lamb served at other restaurants.
Every lamb dish at Yangdoduk is delicious. Each cut has its unique flavor and texture,
so I highly recommend trying the assorted menu to experience each one. And don’t miss out on the sirloin – it’s a must-try.
